The college campus is including separate hostel for girls and boys. Hostellers are being provided with round the clock internet facility with a bandwidth of 128kbps. The hostel mess provides all its residents with hygienic food which caters to taste of everyone. Moreover, hostel has a table tennis room and a badminton court along with televisions installed in both the hostels’ common room.
Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology (Diploma Wing), Sector-26, U.T. Chandigarh is having two hostels to accommodate boys and girls separately. Aware of the needs and requirements of the budding, young workforce of the society who come to the centre of learning, the CCET (Diploma Wing) tries to provide them safe, secure and affordable accommodation. The hostels are well equipped for comfortable lodging and boarding of approximately 200 students. The day-to-day management of hostels is taken care of by a committee consisting of student representatives and college authorities. Each hostel has a warden and hostel supervisor to manage the affairs of the hostels.
Architecturally, the hostels are aesthetically laid out with plenty of open space and balconies. The rooms are comfortable, fitted with fan, lights and hard furniture with individual cupboard. Available hostel accommodation is allotted in order of JET merit. The resident students shall have to strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hostel. Any breach of the rules of the hostel by any resident is liable for severe punishment amounting to expulsion from both hostel and institution.
